Jen Netherwood Coaches Defensive Skills
Yesterday, Jen Netherwood brought her wealth of soccer knowledge to our Monday practice. She taught the Firebirds both individual and team defensive skills (pressure-cover). I think that all the players enjoyed the practice and the soft touch of a great coach. In any case, the Firebirds United coaching staff learned a great deal and will try to reinforce Jen's message and technique at this Thursday's practice. Again, we thank Jen for volunteering her time and providing the Firebirds with valuable insight on how to defend in a game of soccer and how to coach efficiently.
